It's good to see you have this dialogue piece up on your blog.
I still think the wrist roll on his right hand may be a bit too extreme in the amount of twist. Or that it is happening too quickly, in too short a space of time? The movement catches my eye when I should be looking at the character's face.
The lip synch works and working within the one sitting pose is a good choice.
